DESCRIPTION:What is the energy performance of new Part 3 construction permits in Edmonton\, and what insights does this provide to architects and engineers as new codes come into effect? Juan Monterrosa\, Program Manager of ENBIX at Alberta Ecotrust Foundation\, will uncover new data showing the current state of Part 3 building energy performance in Edmonton. Data shows Tier levels from permitting data collected 2024-2025 along with typical design inputs. \nAs a collaborative initiative\, ENBIX seeks to understand the experience of local professionals to guide the industry in how we might achieve emissions-neutral buildings. Expect a short presentation followed by facilitated group discussion and reflection. ENBIX Knowledge Exchanges intend to foster dialogue that leads to action. \nThis event is open to design professionals working in Edmonton.
