SUMMARY:CACEA: Introduction to Single-Zone Cooling
DESCRIPTION:CACEA\, together with our partners — the Heating\, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada (HRAI)\, the HVAC Designers of Canada\, and the Thermal Environmental Comfort Association (TECA) — are coming together to provide an overview of the fundamentals and practical application of single-zone cooling design. \nAs this topic is not explicitly addressed within CSA F280\, this session will provide clarity on building code considerations\, review key design fundamentals\, address common misconceptions\, and explore a real-world example of cooling load measurement and implementation. \nThis webinar is offered at no charge and is open to Energy Advisors\, HVAC designers\, HVAC contractors\, building officials\, Authorities Having Jurisdiction\, and other industry stakeholders. \nPlease note that this session is intended for informational purposes only and is not designed to provide a detailed walkthrough of specific design elements.
