Brought to you by Alberta Ecotrust’s Emissions-Neutral Buildings Information Exchange (ENBIX) in support of the Alberta Ecotrust Retrofit Accelerator program. The Deep Retrofit Discovery Sessions are a series of free public educational information sessions to help address deep energy retrofits of large, part 3 buildings in Alberta. Six of these sessions will be delivered in person in Calgary (3) and Edmonton (3) to provide interaction and networking for participants, and two (2) sessions will be virtual for attendance from any location.

Deep Retrofit Discovery Session 2: Alberta’s Commercial Retrofits in Action
This second Discovery Session includes presentations on two different retrofit case studies – one from Edmonton and one from Calgary. The Edmonton case study showcases a revitalized and retrofitted downtown office building on Jasper Avenue. The Calgary case study is the Dominion Centre, which is part of the Downtown Retrofit Challenge undergoing an office-to-residence conversion. Come learn from consultants and City staff who were directly involved in these projects. The session included plenty of time for a Q&A period and further discussion.
